Excel-Tools

EXCEL is our core business.

Excel is the most widely used spreadsheet program in the world. Even experienced Excel users only use a fraction of Excel’s capabilities. Hire us, and we'll show you everything that is possible with Excel.

Macros (VBA)

A macro is a sequence of statements that can be started with the touch of a button.By far the most common reason for using macros in Excel is to automate repetitive tasks.

Suppose you have several dozen workbooks, each of which contains numerous worksheets to which various changes must be made. It may be a simple operation, such as applying new formatting to a fixed range of cells, or a complex operation, such as examining specific statistical data on each sheet, selecting the best type of graph to display the data with these characteristics, and subsequently creating and formatting the graph accordingly.

WE DEVELOP CUSTOMIZED MACROS FOR YOU.

Excel Tools Collection

As a niche provider of Excel solutions, we have a wide range of pre-packaged solutions available. Whether a dashboard, report tool, or pre-programmed code – through the large collection of tools we have developed, we can revert to building upon ready-made tools.

As a result, we are not only faster and cheaper at development than our competitors, but the “kinks” have already been worked out, and the tools have been tested. Where possible, we base our tools on existing code, or respectively, on existing tools.

WE DON’T HAVE TO REINVENT THE WHEEL. WE BUILD UPON EXISTING TOOLS.

Add-Ins

Add-ins are essentially normal macros. Add-ins are loaded with Excel, then made available for execution afterwards. Some add-ins, such as Solver, are already included in Excel.

The difference between this and a "normal" macro is that the add-in is not stored with a file, but is instead independent of the file. For example, if you have

Formulas

With the help of formulas or functions, Excel can perform calculations based on input values. If you are working with Excel, you will already have used formulas. You probably do not need our assistance to understand a simple formula, or to copy a complex formula into your workbook.

However, once the file gets bigger and you have to use more formulas, the file becomes large and slow. Experience in recent years has shown that inefficient use of formulas is the main reason for file performance problems. For this reason, the Excel file should be properly structured from the start.

WITH OUR FILE STRUCTURING, YOU WON’T HAVE ANY PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS.

Connecting to Other Software

The full power of Excel first becomes obvious when it is used with other systems. We take advantage of existing systems, and combine them with the benefits of Excel. You fully benefit from the advantages in the process.

For example, we link Excel to the following software/systems:

    • Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc.
    • Your ERP system
    • Databases (MS Access, SQL databases, MS Azure, etc.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BENEFITS OF EXISTING SOFTWARE COMBINED WITH THE FLEXIBILITY OF EXCEL.
